Delivery time
Orders are processed and delivered within 1 to 3 business days nationwide. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Shipping cost
- Orders over RM500: free shipping
- Orders under RM500: standard shipping charged at checkout, calculated by weight and destination
The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no additional fees added afterwards.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in Malaysia, including East Malaysia. Delivery to Sabah and Sarawak may take slightly longer than Peninsular Malaysia for larger items such as monitors and chairs.
We do not currently ship outside Malaysia.
Collection and pickup
GeekBear is an online only store. We do not operate a showroom, retail counter or collection point, and we are not able to offer self collection or walk in purchases. Every order is delivered by courier.
Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it has been dispatched. You can also see order status in your account.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been collected by the courier. If an address is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
